Break the cycle of worry and despair.

Evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy for adults navigating anxiety and depression

What if your life could be about more than your pain? You’ve tried to push past the worries, doubt, and memories you’d rather forget, and you’ve taken all the advice you can find. And yet, here you are, still feeling like you're running on a treadmill that won't stop. You’ve mastered the art of 'getting through the day,' but you’ve lost the art of actually living it. It’s time to stop managing your symptoms and start reclaiming your life. Through a blend of evidence-based tools and genuine human connection, we’ll work to move you away from the 'what-ifs' and back into the present moment.

My Approach

I draw from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to give you practical, action-oriented strategies to get you back on track. We’ll identify "thought traps" that fuel your anxiety and doubt, and use practical tools to challenge them. We’ll learn to stop fighting your emotions and instead harness them as you get back to what truly matters to you. And we’ll set reasonable, well-paced goals that break down the change process into small steps.

Clear answers

Understanding your suffering using proven psychological principles, and getting from “why” to “what can we do?”

Results-focused

Aiming for lasting change you can see and feel clearly, so you can stop overthinking and get back to living with purpose.
